Cable tray quality common problem

1) The high voltage cable and the weak current cable in the bridge share one bridge;

2) There are too many cables in the bridge, more than 40% of the clean surface of the power cable, and 50% of the control cable;

3) There is no sign (in the entrance and exit and corners and branches) in the bridge;

4) The cable in the bridge is not fixed firmly, and some are not fixed (especially in the vertical bridge);

5) The cables in the bridge are arranged disorderly and have a splicing phenomenon;

6) There is no bridging at the connection joint of the non-galvanized steel plate bridge, or the crossover is poor and the perception is poor;

7) The bridge frame and the distribution box, the disk, the cabinet, etc. are not connected to the grounding, and the number of grounding of the bridge bracket is less than 2;

8) The bridge plate has poor anti-corrosion treatment, rust and poor perception;

9) The bolts and nuts on the bridge plate joint are on the inside;

10) At the joint of the bridge plate, the galvanized steel plate does not have two bolts as anti-loose nuts or washers, which does not meet the requirements;

11) The bridge bracket has a long distance (1.5-3m), not a section 2 bracket, which has deformation, more hanging ribs, less fixed brackets, and can not withstand horizontal forces; straight length of the bridge >30m (steel) (aluminum 15m) without expansion joints;

12) There is no compensation measure for the bridge and cable crossing deformation joints;

13) The bridge and other pipelines, especially the heating and air-conditioning pipes are too close, which does not meet the requirements; the general pipeline is 0.4m (parallel), 0.3m (cross); the thermal insulation pipeline is 0.5m (parallel), 0.3m (cross) ; Non-insulated thermal pipe 1.0m (parallel), 0.5m (cross).
